Some people see this line and thinks "muh cancer, viruses and diseases!!" but this line looks like healthy cells/organisms, so there isn't a direct link with disease.
Cells under stress/toxicity can produce more hydrogen peroxide which is toxic to DNA and cells. But H2O2 is itself is important in homeostasis so is it "poison"?
If they want to make a Psychic/Poison version of the line, just make a regional form. The easiest way would be to make it infected by a virus (or any other kind of parasite), or make it more like a shapeless blob to represent cancer.
>>58831746That's not enough. Umbreon oozes poison. Turtonator gushes poisonous gases from its nostrils. Seadra has poison on its fins. Gligar/Gliscor can inject poison. Butterfree has poisonous powder on its wings. Wooper oozes poison too (way before Paldean Wooper was a thing).
