Bracky and Blacky are both still "correct", at least in Japanese since there's no distinction between "R" and "L".
It's just that "Bracky" seems to be the preferred way to romanize it now. Maybe because it sounds closer to the actual "boo-rah-kee" pronunciation. But it's probably to avoid angloid chimp outs.

I did a twitter search in English back when the change happened and found a pretty large amount of "lmao bro umbreon is actually called blacky in Japanese nigga that's mad racist af lol" tweets.

They changed Emonga to Emolga for the same reason. Foreigners ruin everything.

All of the others were very early in Gen 1, and have been the same as the modern romanizations for way longer than they haven't.
The only exceptions are Blacky/Bracky, Emonga/Emolga, and Loudbone/Laudbon.
