Jirachi and Celebi should be gone from ADV OU and Latias and Latios should rule the tier. Jirachi should be punted from the format and Dugtrio, Salamence, Froslass, Machamp, and Garchomp should roam free. Keldeo and Black Kyurem ought to be pushed back to ubers and Landorus Incarnate should come down to OU.
Smogon has compromised it's mission to make things more "competitive" and focus more on "preserving tier identity" rather than what's fair and balanced. They play favorites. This is why RBY and GSC are perfect OUs because everything is balanced as it should be; Legendaries and Mythicals are where they need to be and monsters like Tauros and Snorlax rule their respective tiers with an iron fist.
Nothing will change their mind, but if a petmod was created with this idea in mind it would objectively be the better singles format compared to the standard OU.
