Since they've shown it is capable of sustained flight in PLA, how long until they give it Fly? I feel it would be a Dragapult situation where the only strong physical STAB is has on its secondary type has the drawback of a wind-up turn.

Also it deserves at least one of either Wave Crash, Flip Turn, and Aqua Jet. Any speculation on what would happen to its usage and the meta with any of those moves?
