Pokemon Wind & Wave

Won't say my specific job but managed to sneak these before the weekend. I've played about 9 hours of WW for reference.

- The story is you get shipwrecked in the Maha Region during summer vacation. You wash up ashore having been saved by a strange Pokemon. You meet Professor Meranti (a forgetful old man), and Cinta & Candra (twin bro/sis who travel with you).

- 8 "gyms", 5 "trials" and 4 "guardians" needed to compete in the Summer Grand Prix (Elite 4). Can do in any order similar to SV.

- A few main islands and infinite smaller islands out in the ocean. These ones change every 24 real hours. Different sizes and rarities. All RNG.

- You get around with a boat Pokémon named Gondagola (can’t catch one to battle with until post-game). It needs a Captain, which is usually the first in your party. Captain influences boat stats / appearance. (ie. Electric = faster, Steel = more durable, Fighting = handles better)

- The Pokémon who saves you is called Variem. Can't catch it until right before final battle. Follows you around throughout game, battles with you during important battles. Appearance changes based on what you do in the game. Mostly minor (limbs, size, tails, wings, horns, etc), but some larger changes that make it unique. Appearance locks once you catch it. It has no type (major plot point).

- Box legendaries are two dragons spinning around fast in the ocean (causing the Great Storm that’s always there). During the climax, one of them 'dies', and your version's dragon crashes out and causes disastrous storms.

- The starters names are Leafmur, Squink and Ignicub.

- Co-directed by Haruka Tochigi and Ohmori. What I've played doesn't feel like a Pokemon game, it's hard to describe. Feels like something Level 5 would churn out.

- November 20th release
