>>58849008Merely using a name and/or tripcode is not against the rules. But both the fanbase and hatebase of those posters often are doing rule breaking things, also in some cases to varying degrees also the very name/tripcode posters they're obsessed with.
Honestly, with how much people hate name/tripcode posters, I'd really like the site to take an official stance on them. Either say that yes they're allowed and therefore punish those who ruin threads by starting drama complaining about them, or just outright state and make it so that the name/tripcode functions can only be used in very specific manner.
