>>58849398I can get thinking it's a downgrade from HGSS. It isn't, but given both games have distinct art styles with advantages and disadvantages it's a subjective thing. But DP is just the standard FLRG art stye with zero aesthetic flair, and Platinum mostly just slaps some much needed effects on it and calls it a day which is technically and upgrade but I wouldn't call it anything aside from mediocre.
