I've been posted up in the Goldenrod Underground in Crystal for a few weeks now. I turn the game on after 6, get Eevee groomed, save, and then use a rare candy on it to see if it'll evolve. I'll forget about it for a while and pick it back up, but all in all I've probably done this over 30 nights. Is there a reason my Eevee isnt evolving yet? It's level 27 (via direct battling) and has never fainted
