And they were right.

The Safari Zone game is shit, and the Battle Frontier is just a Battle Tower reskinned multiple times, with slightly different rules that nobody cares about. I love the Battle Tower, but I don't need multiple reskins of it. One GOOD Battle Tower is more than enough.
The only different facility is the Battle Pyramid, which sucks for different reasons (it's just not fun).

I read the text, and nowhere does it say that the Safari Zone game and time limit were ever a thing in this version of the Safari Zone. He is only saying it used to cost money and now it's free.

ORAS was full of themes about corporate greed, stuff that wasn't in RSE like everything surrounding the Mauville corporation and the implication that Devon was draining Pokemon of their energy.
