I have no doubt one would have to build a good deal of trust with Kiki, for him to become more open about himself. From what we're shown, even the BB E4 members, while obviously caring about him, don't seem to know much about him; only Carmine does. It really feels like he was only close to his family before (You)/the protag. But once (You)'ve started from zero, once he knows he can trust (You) completely, he'll have no issues being vulnerable...

True, he does have a lot of vulnerable moments with (You) anyway, since the beginning... but it really seems like he only does that with (You), even with the small things like talking about his love for apples. Thinking about it, it's (You) in the more literal sense, since he's also pretty affectionate/open with Masters!(You) despite not having that much of a bond with them. Though I assume it's just the writing trying to show facets of his adorable personality, rather than him being a slut and emotionally cheating on the S/V protag...

hiyaa, anon who still tries to find good kiki perfumes here.. i came to the conclusion there are two body sprays from bath and body works that are definitely kiki scents. you might be able to find it in stores now, since it's still kind of in season, it's called winter candy apple. kiki and candy apples are a given hehe... it's a layered winter cinnamon maple apple scent, so more cozy vibes. i've smelled it myself and it does remind me of him. another scent that reminds me of him is country apple. though i haven't smelled it myself, kiki is from the country side, and apple themes coincide again. if anyone is interested in more blueberry/berry scents for him, i have more ideas in mind!

Dubs of truth, Anon... Maybe it's better this way, as opposed to the anime writers possibly fucking up his characterisation or Flanderising him. Something completely dedicated to him like what >>58860347 says would probably be much better, but it seems like they've become completely allergic to animations that actually adapt anything from the games for who the fuck knows what reason.
