Nah, here’s what most likely happened
>Game model is the finalized design
>Artist for the official art forgot to include the detail on the gloves, gf/tpc don’t give a shit
>The freelance artists for the tcg color the gloves differently depending on whether they use the game model or the official art as reference

You know what also has details phase in and out of existence? AI.
I'm not saying that they're generating the whole artwork but maybe they're tracing over it and touching it up.

There seems to be a disconnect between the people doing the artwork. Both she and Canari come across as completely different characters in the official artwork compared to the game/3d models.
