Uses way too many colors, bad colors at that (bright yellow and neon green highlight colors look super out of place), all the trees and bushes look very sloppy, and everything is super tiny and cramped so it doesn't even look like it you would be able to walk through half of these streets. Compare it to the Goldenrod and Ecruteak ones that get posted so often, they stick to their limited color palette and don't cram everything together, making things cluttered. They actually look usable in-game. Pewter would be a nightmare.
