Hey I don't necessarilly disagree. I still think Game Freak should just give each Eeveeloution their respective special move from LGPE. With all the power creep they probably wouldn't even be too broken. Just posting in a lame thread is all.

To be frank, GF was aware of that - while she's the fibal boss od her storyline, right before you fight Director Clavell who is one of the hardest and well rounded bosses in the main game.
Narrative-wise it makes sense for Penny being shit, she's a hikki shut in and her Pokemon are just glorified plushies. It's Clavell who's the real final boss, fight against Penny is a glorified cut scene.
