Release Porygon-C(ustom) already, make it so it can choose type and color scheme based on the first 2 moves on its moveslot. Have it be a mini deoxys where you get the option of what it specializes in and its forme

People seem to forget that Porygon was the only Pokemnon in gen 1 that could change types (maybe except Ditto and Mew). It's a type-change gimmick Pokemon and normal makes sense as its neutral.
