Nidoking is probably a corny pick but the one thing that stands out about him to me is the color, it's an unnatural hue but they still managed to make it feel organic and natural, my biggest gripe with a lot of new designs is that they feel arbitrarily colored ("animal but blue") so they can be colorful toys, which makes them look and feel like plastic toys in every situation
