I've been out of the loop for a long time, but it seems like there has been somewhat of a romhack renaissance lately. A lot have come out, but are there any that really stand out? It's hard to judge them by their cover. The things that appeal the most to me are rich exploration and worldbuilding. Feel free to share your thoughts on any that you've played, good or bad.

As an aside, does anyone know about the game in the webm? Did the dev disappear before finishing it?
