>I'm assuming you're meant to draw cards until you get a GyaradosIn just about every TCG where it has you pull a specific type of card out of your deck it just has you search through it, select the target card(s), remove it, then shuffle your deck.
There are specific cards that generally read along the lines of "reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal X" or "look at the top 4 cards of your library, put any Y cards from among them into your hand"
