Haunter and Raticate still have 4 fingers though, their de-fingered would have to wait until DP.
>>58904425I think they were still deliberating on whether to retcon Ash's Butterfree's girlfriend as shiny or not. They settled on "no" I imagine because they didn't want to risk kids believing it was just a gender difference and accidentally K-O'ing it.
