the best possible thing is to grind for kasib and roseli berry
1. basically ignore all but 1-3 stars hyper spaces for the next few hours including trainer spaces
2. use hyper berrier you want to trash and make donuts for 10 minutes+ hyperspace
3. grind for aspear or wacan berry so you get effects for lv2 and lv3 items
2. once you make enough of them, grind in lv4 and 5 hyper spaces for kasib and roseli berries
