Either "third legendaries" are every legend that appears in a DLC pack or none of them, because they clearly make the DLC as its own wee complete story complete with legend catch now, as opposed to how they made third versions, rehashing the OG games, but putting in an affirmed "third" legend, already included in the base game, but focused on, complete with story tweaks to make it work.
