In Black version there's absolutely fucking nobody there unless you speedrun the game or are the hypothetical Japanese person on the subway that wasn't playing DQ9 that Game Freak dreamed up. It's also just worse than White Forest in every way that matters. B2W2 is a bit better, as there's actual content, but clearly nobody has played it because nobody knows it has a slightly worse Battle Pyramid (which puts it above like half the battle facilities in the franchise).
Also, fun fact; there's not a single black person living there. The only remotely brown-ish people are the male backpacker and female Pokemon ranger and they're both more mystery meat than anything. This is in spite of Gen 5 having more black people at all than any of the previous games. I just thought that was interesting, but given the cover Pokemon of BW it's not that unexpected.
