A safe bet is any ace that doesn't already have one. Vileplume, Weezing, Arcanine, Rhydon, Lapras, and Machamp. If you don't count Pokemon with regionals or Gigantimax, that leaves Vileplume and Rhydon

Mega Evolution only happens to fully evolved Pokemon, and Rhydon has an evolution in Rhyperior.
