There’s nothing to fix about ledian. It perfectly fulfil its job as a bulky early encounter made to be replaced with something better later down the line. not every pokemon is designed to be omgon approved.

First +10 hp and defense
Second give it an evolution so it can use eviolite.
Third it gets follow me, fake out and coaching.

There it has a niche, it already has encore, acreens and tailwind just focus on letting it stay a turn and it's already miles better.

There you go, it's slightly better at supporting.

buff comet punch, give it aerialate, give it victory dance, give it arm thrust, change its stats to lean more towards physical attacking
that being said the best real option for it considering its BST is to either give it a mega or a kingambit-esque (in terms of obtaining said evolution) evo

It doesn't have to be Ubers Banlist, but it should at least have some sort of gimmick or moveset that justifies using it over Heracross or literally any other bugmon in the game.

There's genuinely too much to do to actually "Fix" ledian the typing sucks the stat spread sucks the movepool sucks the abilities sucks outside of iron fist but guess what? bug/flying punch moves don't exist therefore ledian cannot even rely on STAB for this ability you can't fix ledian without changing the whole thing good job having a fucking Bug/Flying DEFENSIVE pokemon i guess
