The only ones I've ever encountered were in SV, both on release and still today.
>player models stretching, morphing, or tweaking the fuck out
>camera emotes making your limbs spin indefinitely
>pokemon and NPCs walking in the air
>physics fuckery when riding bike dragon

I remember Glitch City.
I remember playing around with different locations to find all of the different Glitch Cities.
My favourite was when i activated it while spinning on a tiles in the Viridian Gym. It made your character do a little pirouette with each step they took! XD
