other than itself, ice type now resists:
-flying (most bird species migrate to avoid cold climates)
-grass (expansion of water now frozen chews through concrete, let alone plant matter, and heavily suppresses a plant's ability to transport water)
-electric (ice is either an insulator, or very poor conductor)
-water (it's the heat of the water which melts the ice, which is the fire type's property)

There, type is fixed now.
