The most popular wrestlers, the ones who get mainstream popularity, are the guys who know how to work a camera. The Pauls have been working the camera since they were kids.
Pokemon fans, on the other hand, aren't on the edge of our seats waiting to see how Logan will shit up Pokemon next. If it's not the bad press, then it's him manipulating the market for cards (and by extension, all other merch). I don't like people who treat my hobbies as a money making opportunity, and I like them even less when they market that mentality to millions of followers. Everything he does with Pokemon has been a net negative for fans, and only benefits the people who manipulate nostalgia as part of their pump and dump schemes.
Fuck those PSA slabs. Fuck anyone who collects and peddles those cultural coffins.
