the qol and 1080p resolution makes it a great option for a forever save to transfer all my Gen 6 and 7 mons up but it doesnt let you keep all the pokemon :(

Never say never, anon. Once ZA gets Home compatibility I don't think there are any Pokemon left that are straight up not available without transferring from pre-Switch games or Go (event mons notwithstanding).

Had a good laugh but yeah it then became a transfer machine for just about everything into Bank & then Home so by that point I had no reason to restart it because ROMS for the DS became a thing.
