I only really looked at the bottom left image in the past and assumed that design would've been for both genders, and that it was just meant to be a super gay looking mon overall due to the apparent Fairy typing.
I'm actually disappointed to realize this. I would've preferred the design being "gay" for both genders. Though of course it's not a real mon so it literally doesn't matter
