Because of how the move terra force works. Often times its not even burning anything it hits. It straight up pulverizes objects. Large towers made of evil data get evaporated by a hit from one. Your basic pokemon doesnt have that kinda ability to withstand such damage.

Very powerful legendary Pokémon can be straight up on par with high tier megas solgaleos light could light up the ultra world or something I dont remember. That would likely get it to the likes of a apoclymon who could also affect a universe.

Different logic. Things like fire breath tend to be physical in Digimon story games.
Damn near ever digimon has an energy blast of some kind, some have to be physical for the sake of balance.

Nobody would accept that because charizard doesnt have "dramon" in his name. Its a lore only for a digimon fighting other digimon dramon types. Charizard would just be gutted by a digimon thousands of times stronger than it.
