We just had a meta where they were all grouped as restricted mons for some reason, despite Arceus literally being the only one not designed as sublegend tier. Anyway

I’d imagine Hoopa, Darkrai, Zarude, etc. would probably get more usage if they weren’t under that retarded restriction though.

A lot of them have been historically good, but powercreep kinda limits that, especially how much things have scaled in gen 9 specifically
Like Jirachi used to be a dominant mon with Serene Grace - Iron Head nonsense, but 100’s across the board just isn’t good enough anymore. And that’s gonna be the same for a lot of these - they just don’t keep up.
