>>58980767>This thread literally has a schizo claiming BW1 has "extensive postgame".Again, by Pokemon standards it does. People do love the GS post-game. I happen to be a person.
>No there isn't. There's one challenging battle facility and then casualized filler with no replayability.Pokestar Studios adds on to Battle Sims by actually making puzzle battles replayable so that's unarguably a step up.
>And XY does, in Kiloude City, and ORAS does, in the Battle Resort. I guess that means they have extensive postgame now.Yeah, and they don't have the Battle Frontier or any of the things that come with it. It also doesn't have what DP or BW provide.
>Congrats, you discovered the problem with gen 5's postgameIf you don't consider routes, dungeons, and legendary Pokemon to be something going on, sure. But depending on how strict you are you end up only considering battle facilities as the entire game, where XY is just worse B2W2 because at least Doubles are fine in B2W2 compared to the complete lack of challenge in XY (BW is fine unless you really go out of your way to get True Ant which is possible but was easier in B2W2 when Dream World was still up). And if you only don't consider some of the lazier "just in a room" legendary Pokemon in B2W2 to be valuable XY must be dire because the three optional ones are different flavors of it, Mewtwo being the most nothing, Zygarde being better if they picked a time they wanted you to visit Terminus Cave AND catch it instead of trying to have it both ways, and the birds being all the worst parts of roaming legendaries without any of the parts anyone could remotely consider fun. Like tell me the Friend Safari has more going on than the shitty minigame to transfer Pokemon. Even the fucking war crime that is Black City/White Forest in BW are at least an idea of a location that they put in the game and you could theoretically find enjoyment out of. Abyssal Ruins is at least a puzzle. What does XY have?
