So what types are the legendaries going to be?

yeah obviously. But we can infer. Based on how they treated the last few legendaries the typings will be entirely nonsensical. I have no doubt in my mind that neither will be Flying or Water.
I'm expecting Bug/Fairy for Winds and Ghost/Steel for Waves.

Kind of hard to speculate but since it seems like it'll be a really "natural" location I'm betting they'll have kind of simple and "normal" types. Maybe electric/flying and water/grass?

They didn't show the legendaries for a reason we're not getting traditional box legendaries. They'll just have a normal mon in two forms or something like that.

Legendaries have shared a secondary type in 2/3rds of generations, and 3/3 of Ohmori's games.
Since they're supposed to be sorta a guiding old man and old women I expect them to be more of a spiritual kind of being so Ghost or Fairy makes sense. Psychic would too but it was used for Alola as the stand in for light type.
