How to generate a legal foreign Ditto for Gen 4 games on 3DS?
I have PKSM but I don't seem to find an option to set the flag for Japan or other countries.

Maybe because on 3DS I literally have no other way of getting a foreign Ditto?

Oh I tried that but I can't seem to connect, can't get my 3DS to connect with my old phones.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong with the DNS or something, I'm typing 178.62.43.212 and 1.1.1.1 as the secondary.

The secondary DNS should be 0.0.0.0 or 178.62.43.212.
The DS games don't support modern Wi-Fi standards either, they need to be WEP or no password.
