No, but the Egg Titans (or at least large fragments of them) exist in the spin-off games.
Bittercold and Dark Matter from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon are the Ice and Dark Titans respectively.
Dark Mind is the Psychic Titan from Pokemon Rumble Blast.
