How do you unlock the pastel hair sidequest in ZA? I already beat Canari and did the Flabebe quest, and sat on the bench at least 30 times. Am I retarded? What the fuck am I missing?

It unlocks after enough story progression, you're just not there yet. Don't remember exactly when though. Dumbass decision to lock most of the hair colors behind half the game either way, I wanted to start with minty hair like I always do.
