Well it would probably be "scent" type rather than "smell" if we're going by the same logic as "sound" type rather than "hear" type
Moves would be Smelling Salts, Sweet Scent, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Gunk Shot, Aromatherapy, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Aromatic Mist, Floral Healing, Flower Shield, Odor Sleuth, Spit Up, Pollen Puff, Body Press, Flying Press, and Coaching

for joke attacks those are actually not that unreasonable. there have been canon attacks more broken than that. especially since you didn't give either 100% accuracy and the secondary effects while great have a relatively low chance of happening

so basically like scald but slightly less accurate and badly poisoning instead of burning?

Oh snap that sounds like a pretty decent idea for a Pokemon parody fan game. Especially since you made the moves solid but not ridiculously overpowered or anything.
In a parody Pokemon world where Pokemon regularly fart, shit, piss, puke, etc attacks like those could make sense. Especially since some real animals do use those gross bodily functions as weapons/defense.
