I have found that each design using coercion and hypnotism by implications that the character is pointing their middle finger towards God (above visual implication) in connection to sex and mastrebation.
I feel it is designed to force people to think that God hates sex and to hate God for it in order to uncover the secrets of the designs.
The designs are intentionally confusing to make it too challenging to understand and yet simple cues spark the end result as a tease.
The things I found are extremely deep and surprised me.
