Similarly Torkoal and Tangrowth aren’t going out of their way to be mixed attackers even on offensive sets. The closest you’ll get is them using utility moves like Rapid Spin and Knock Off which aren’t there for damage.
The fundamental flaw with mixed attackers is that the average Pokemon doesn’t have lopsided defenses and one side is gonna do more damage overall.
If you have say a Choice Specs Kyurem, what benefit do you really have putting outrage on it? To beat Blissey/Chansey? You are just better off using Special moves and relying on teammates to break Blissey, then investing the rest of those EVs into bulk.
The only times I have seen a mixed attacker be successful, being a mixed attacker by choice, and not just using utility moves, is like Mixed Primal Groudon using Overheat and physical moves.
