The main problems with extra heads irl is the rest of the body isn’t made to support them (two-headed animals irl often have other weird anatomy stuff going on that makes life worse) and the two heads not being able to cooperate. The latter is likely why Hydreigon only has 1 brain instead of having three full heads.
