Omega Ruby goes for about $40 on eBay without shipping. I actually bought a used copy for about $30 right around the time the 3DS eShop shut down.

Pokemon Channel as a kid.
By the time I played Pokemon Channel for the first time I was around 17 and it was painfully obvious how small and limited in scope the game was, just a crappy Pichu Bros OVA broken up into parts you have to wait whole days for and some in-game collectables. The Pokemon Mini emulator is cool, but unless you're a kid, the magic of it wears off after a few minutes.

As a kid I feel like I'd have gotten a hell of a lot more out of the game, to say nothing of the Jirachi you could get in PAL regions because fuck us getting bonus discs for some reason.

True. I miss gen 4 and 5 because it allowed me to choose what to put o bottom screen. 4 > 5 since has usefull tools but both 6/7 are shit
