Not OP but I've always loved Gen 4 and replay it every now and then but it's objectively slow as shit and has NO right to be when BW/BW2 are on the same console and are significantly faster, you can't just pretend GF didn't fuck up and deflect with muh ADHD, you disingenuous retard

to be fair diamond and pearl were the first pokemon games on the nintendo ds so i'd give them a pass on this one. hg/ss/bw/bw2 all came after. looks like they learned from their mistakes in gen 4

This is a good thing. Platinum out of all the Pokemon games symbolizes the feel of a slow burn adventure the best. Going through the snowy landscape in route 216 / 217, traversing Coronet, Route 227 just to name a few things are the peak of Pokemon
