>>59040414I liked how Silver didn't conform to needing the Fire/Water/Grass trio like every other rival. Having so many unevolved Pokemon did suck though. Especially in HGSS where due to all the ones that were fully evolved recieving evolutions his pre-Elite 4 team only has his starter as fully evolved. As much as I love HGSS it really suffers from them being scared to add future gen Pokemon pre-elite 4. Remakes in general suffer from this. At least it allowed evolve by move evolutions. If this was FRLG you would've been met with another Golbat situation.
