Yeah Mysterial got to enjoy that sweet spot in which there were just enough legends that you couldn't simply stuff them all in a single team (like some of the Orre final bosses did), and the "different team by version plus Mewtwo" worked symmetrically.
Also had Meganium in one of his round 1 teams? Less interesting but not something I'd expect for a boss character.
