With how slowly this franchise progresses, how long until mainline games get voice acting and dynamic cutscenes that aren’t choppy?

I’m convinced GF does this on purpose to troll Pokemon fans. Remember that Pokemon is inspired by Showa tokusatsu like Godzilla and Ultraman where the special effects directors would deliberately fuck with the audience by adding visual errors and janky movements.
