The body looks good but the head looks weird. The head doesn't really look like a frog. I remember some fan evolutions for Froakie made before Greninja was officially revealed and they made it look way more like a frog.

It's unfixable. The entire line would have to be scrapped and restarted from scratch. At least Greninja didn't permanently ruin what was otherwise a good line like Venusaur and Decidueye did.

While that does look cool it just sort of looks like a bigger Frogadier which is kind of boring. Similar to those gen 1 Pokemon who are just bigger versions of whatever their pre-evolution was.

less triangles and circles that make it look like they drew it with the shapes in ms paint, smooth it out into one body shape. i don't even mind the tongue, why are the eyes just perfectly conical shapes clipping into the flat angular head? looks like the aftermath of some kind of 3D tetris with a box of shapes
