The worst way to distribute stats, given a BST, would either be Mega Malamar or Drifblim. The baseline being middle of the pack speed, mixed offenses that aren’t high enough to work either way, and managing to still be frail.
The seperator of which stat distribution is worse is up to context. As no matter what your stats are, if you have a dogshit movepool, abilities, or typing, you’ll be bad.
Mega Malamar might be slightly better because of Contrary and Superpower, so it isn’t AS frail, but it also has a dogshit typing so can be fully countered by a pickachu clone.
Meanwhile Drifblim doesn’t skip out entirely on its physical bulk, which is more important than special bulk for various reasons.
But both are genuinely terrible ways to distribute stats.
