Okay, he is a ninja with an Eccelgor. Tobio has a policy to not mess with ninja, and Wol and co would probably be pretty curious about him. Especially Jane who would want him to teach her ninjitsu.

So, Rhys and a... manager from the Horizons anime? So he's 16 right years before GSC, and I don't know much about horizons but I'll assume it takes place at the same time of S&V, i.e some 11+ years after RGBY, meaning he'd be about 30~
So I looked at the pages for Exceed and the Explorers, and considering where Rhys would be at that point in his life I think they'd approach him through the manager since they start the Strong Sphere(?) launch in Johto.
I imagine he'd be pretty suspicious due of the Strong Sphere's due to the region's history of dealing with similar black market products like Dark Balls, and he eventually would become an enemy of Exceed and the Explorers. For the lady herself, I think they'd get along fine, he would probably be polite and find Coral and the other one funny.

Kuzey would probably be traumatized having to go through fighting her, now that I'm thinking about it. She's superficially similar to Herri in her behavior, but adapts crazed obsessive yandere tendencies if she becomes intrigued in you, like Seringue.

If the wires between his feelings on those two girls got crossed in his head, it might do irreparable damage to his preferences...

I consider it canon to Galar that pro trainers court and receive sponsorships to get their income. I imagine it as less common in regions where gym challenges aren't so commodified, but I do want to have one character be something of a Booster Gold-type sellout that's become a ruthless corporate moneymaker after becoming champion.

This isn't very random, I just got Emma three times and once twice in a row. Feels weighted towards Horizon characters.

I imagine Will would have no idea who the hell he is, but compliment the guy's sunglasses and fit, and then backtrack and try and smooth things over when he realizes that the guy is a well known gym leader / quasi-champion material. If given the time of day he'd probably ask general trainer questions, maybe if there's anything different with raising Rock types, etc. etc.

Don't know anything about the movie other than what Jack's Bulbapedia page says and Hell no I'm not reading that plot summary.
In general Vahnzimmig would be unhelpful to both Jack and the movie (probably.)
Maybe Jack could adopt/take Vahnz in as a partner Pokémon? And perhaps get rid of his fear of water (yet to actually implement this.)

Depends. What if Leon is a league experiment to see if the power of friendship and belief could be artificially cultivated? At a certain point of faking it it could've become real. Of course it'll all come crumbling down the moment another champion takes off the kiddy gloves and makes him eat his first loss, but until then he might genuinely have the power of a low-tier champion thanks to his delusion-based power of belief and friendship.

Even stronger than that, Leon has shonen protagonist levels of dumbassery. He's horny for battle (He created the battle tower after his loss), gets lost on straight paths, and is dense enough to never notice the feelings of his redheaded bisexual childhood friend OR that his super suspicious boss is anything other than completely trustworthy.

Leon has MC plot armor, which was stripped of him the moment a new MC arrived in Galar.

But without the MC upbringing of being faced with hardship and thrust into plot events. Could Rose's grooming and coddling of Leon have crippled his growth? Would Leon have actually won against Eternatus if left to his own devices from the beginning? How many fortuitous encounters were missed because one of his helpers steered him back on track right before his lack of direction stumbled him upon them?
Almost makes me consider writing a story with an isekaijin abducting young Leon and being put through shonen hell because of it.

I mean I already justified Genesect, albeit as a fully mechanical creation in my setting rather than a Cyborg. Does this justify Mewtwo for Fantasy/Old timey settings? Could even Muk & Grimer be justified?

Actually made a theory last thread about this.

They had regular lifespans and eventually evolved to become every other species of pokemon. This would explain how there are somehow naturally occurring phenomena associated with Mewtwo, and potentially why there are somehow more than one beyond the possibility of other clones being made.
