Shadow seems to be the type afraid of change. She’s scared of making a yab and has talked about fear of having a model she doesn’t like. I’d say she’s absolutely considered going corporate but is scared of shit she cannot control that comes along with it. When she was Lemonleaf, Lily talked quite frequently how she liked cute things and even said a few times she wished her model was cuter. (Which is wacky because she had a super moe model) I guess her having a mommy model now might’ve scared Shadow too. Personally? They’re both nice, cute girls and I have no idea what might’ve happened for shit to end up this way. I like them both and I don’t think one of them is a “snake” or a “bitch”, in fact they’re two of the genuinely nicest girls you could meet. I do not get it. Is it naive to hope they can work it out somehow?

I still think that Shadow is worse. She tweeted about Lemonleaf using her as a stepping stone the day before her former friend was going to debut. It seems calculated to me, and if so that's truly messed up.
Sure she didn't "name names", but people in the comments of that tweet did. Whether or not she meant to hurt Lemonleaf doesn't matter either. If she were such a nice girl you'd think she'd have thought of that.

I think it’s much more likely she tweeted emotionally and without thinking than it being some big calculated move. Does that make it okay? Not really, it was a dumb thing to do. Is this something she’s done before? Yes. She has trouble regulating her emotions.

That said there is always the possibility I am just retarded and one or both of them is a crazy manipulative bitch. Maybe Shadow’s move WAS calculated. Maybe Lily was playing the long game and did befriend Shadow for clout then drop her when she didn’t need her anymore. But what do I really think after watching them both for years? Shadow’s socially retarded and shy, Lily’s shy, there was some kind of misunderstanding. Shadow thinks Lily threw her away and Lily thinks Shadow hates her. I don’t think either hates the other. I really do think they’re both just literally retarded and this entire situation could’ve been avoided with communication. That’s part of the reason I hope it can be fixed somehow…

Ayo sapling. I've been following both Fauna and Fallen before they were vtubers, and they make pretty okay ASMR if you're inclined to have anime in your ASMR. For me, Fauna/Shadow's uploaded content are superior to their streamed ASMRs because they get to plan it instead of winging it. For example, I really enjoy this one. Been listening to this on repeat for quite some time now.

The more I think about it, the more I realize I shouldn't be angry with shadow for trying to pull an Aloe 2.0. She might have not even been trying to do something like that in the first place since she is an unironic schizo. Too competent so very little charm, the only charm she has is her singing. Her tastes in games are good, too good. Nothing to draw interest since there is no joy in watching someone who is cool and knows what to do.

Lily has been my oshi for over a year. She introduced me to indie vtubers at a time when I was just a holo clipfag.
I love her to death and will protect her with my life.
That said... Please don't hate Shadow. Sure, she is misguided and deranged, but she does try her best.
