Cover are entirely at fault here and the only way you could even pretend that Miko holds some responsibility is if she accepted they are useless fucks and tried to do their job for them by taking the antis head on but that should always have stayed Cover's job if they were a proper company and they would have stopped her by offering to step up fully themselves.

My valid complaints on cover is they should have hired an army of lawyers since years ago so litigations can be done as fast as possible if needed considering the business they're in.
