I wouldn't be so sure. You just have to look at the ex-holos, both EN and JP to see how much they've flopped and how little they're able to organize for themselves. Cover Corp's 10th anniversary is this year.
Her 10th anniversary is in September next year. December 2027 marks Hololive's 10th. She's got her 9th anniversary Live this November in her largest venue yet. If she can sell out this year there might be the chance that she can go for Yokohama Arena, her dream, next year. It'd be the next step. It would be perfect for her 10th anniversary and the culmination of her idol's journey. Yes it would be hr perfect jumping off point, but I don't think she will.

Remember to go to Glorious Nippon this November for her concert so she can fill that massive venue!

Not yet. It was announced only last week at her new year's concert. She burst into tears on stage when she found out, but managed to perform the song through it.
All that's known is that it's gonna be on November 7, 2026 (Saturday)
Venue: Pia Arena MM.

Staff is there to support the talent, not the other way around. Not to mention she has been there long enough to know if someone's behavior is normal within Cover history or if they are being an outsider asshole. In fact nobody would know this better nowadays except maybe Yagoo and a few others, and even then it's a stretch to assume Yagoo knows intimately the day to day Cover backend to recognize shitters like Sora would.
